@Michelle Trujillo no, mini Gage was before him. At least the 1 I recall where when he left t go work for the Kardashian’s they’d all fake cry because Gage really did like him. The guy that didn’t ever talk then later brought that girl to work there too. Tyler was the last season & maybe season before? I had to laugh at the mini Gage because they’d do side by side pics of the 2 standing together & think they even wore same shoes😂. I’m really surprised Tyler was still there. He was quiet guy too. Remember how mini Gage would text everything Gage told him how to do etc, even how to make martini 🍸?😂

This is an HR nightmare, you should not be going on your radio show to air out the dealings of work place situations. At my company when someone is let go we are not supposed to discuss it at all and just simply say, "Tyler is no longer with the company" and that is it.

Jeff better watch what he says . My father worked at a business where a woman stole thousands of dollars . She checked into a hospital, got a lawyer and the company wound up paying her because word got out . She did it , but it wasn’t worth a long battle in court .

If you owned the business and employees put your livelihood at risk you might see it differently.....Jeff is giving him a severance and wants to refer him business and work with him going forward...thats pretty good ...That doesn't sound like an asshole to me.

tom b I don’t condemn unethical behaviors in the workplace. I also must confess that my opinion of Jeff is not great and that is probably clouding my judgement of the situation a bit. However, from what I can see the employee used his account discount for purchase to a friend?! I don’t think this warrant termination considering what Jeff himself said about a “loyal employee who had been through a lot with him from the beginning”. I would say that Jeff is and has always been the problem. He loved attention, seems to suffer from a serious case of narcissism, has demonstrated a distasteful behavior in putting others down, demeaning and humiliating those around him, particularly those that he considers “below him”, like Jenny , for example, that he humiliated in front of the nation on camera. Jeff is a horrible person, very dificulta to deal with. So, that is that! Everyone around him eventually is pushed away or runs away

I think the employee used his discount without his knowledge and he is retaliating- typical Jeff- but tarnishing someone’s reputation and putting at risk someone’s ability to make a living. Sorry, but how is it deemed loyalty to steal from your boss? He was ordering furniture & delivery & was totally prepared to stick you with the bill. You weren't supposed to see the purchase order/bill. I'd be looking in to how many times he's done this before that you aren't even aware of. What he did is theft.

Jeff didn't make it clear if the kid was using his discount or using his company account. It's a huge detail but he just glanced over it. Notice Jeff flew past the discount part of the story after "accidentally" outing the kid.

I think Jeff handled this really well. He’s grown.

William Ray Official i have seen him over the years, ive seen the growth too. Im not saying he is without fault either. Im just saying jeff was working with Tyler better here than with past employees as you pointed out. In addition, to the employee discount wasn't it charged to Jeff's account? I'm not a 100% sure on that. If it is just the discount i agree it could have been conversation,,,,if it was billed to Jeff's account its criminal. At that point you wouldn't expect a severance package right?

Instead being the narcissist he is, he tells the whole world, so he can pat himself on the back and say how wonderfully he handled things. Indeed, what Tyler did was wrong and what you are doing to help him in the business is great. However, although you may not be blowing up as much Jeff, you have a long way to go. He drives everyone to their breaking point and when they break, he blames them and attempts to humiliate them publicly. He’s done it countless times over many years.

The lesson keeps repeating until the receiver gets it. Stop blaming others for your sorry choices and circumstances and maybe you will succeed in love and life.

its interesting how Jeff knows what he does , but well isn't that what this mess is all about - the fact that we still come here and listen and comment on it , not matter how much we dislike him?
