Jeff Currie on Commodity Rally, New Role at Carlyle
Jeff Currie, Carlyle’s chief strategy officer of energy pathways, says commodities are in a "classic late-cycle" price rally. Speaking with Alix Steel on Bloomberg Television, Currie says he expects oil to break out of the $70-$90 range and also comments on his new role at Carlyle.

Did you perhaps consider he left Goldman for Carlyle and was on 'gardening leave' in between??? Of course he was going to re-appear somewhere. Guys like these always land on their feet - even when there is nothing to land on.
Own oil to pay for green losses ... got it! makes sense
I just love Alix. She brings good energy to every discussion. Go girl.

No
Cash for klunkers that was good😂
I'm not sure I have ever seen a correct commodity market call from Curie.
His prediction has been so early it has ceased to be useful. He has being saying the same thing since 2020. I like him. It just isn't happening.

@717devil no. Its not. What are you seeing?
Is he related to Adam Currie?
At Carlyle they do nothing but eat bison meat burgers, steak burritos, and drink whiskey. It's taking a toll on Currie.
he is starting to look really unhealthy
