I was chatting to Gary Lucas the other day! he came up with the music and riff to Grace! Jeff just added lyrics and vocals. I also have Grace signed by the bassist Mick Grøndahl! C 08 - 06 - 23
The thing that I very much admire about Jeff is that he’s never afraid on lingering on a subject and going into deep thought finding an appropriate answer to a question.
I feel so connected to Jeff, like I was meant to discover him and his art, he’s saving my life, I feel alive and I feel happy. I never get sick of his voice and I never will. If I could bring anyone back, it would be him. ❤️

Oh man I feel exactly the same way. He speaks to our souls. I feel so heartbroken that I never knew him and that I couldn’t help him when he was goin through it, but it’s really weird cuz he feels so familiar, like I knew him in a past life or something. He’s out there now just in a different vessel with all new thoughts and perspectives. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed so it can only be transferred. We are nothing but energy in a flesh bag.

A beautiful man, with the heart of a poet and a voice like an angel. What's not to love about Jeff Buckley?
I will never forget the day his death was announced on MTV. I was holding my brand-new baby girl and I just started sobbing. I had just passed up on seeing him in DC because the date fell on my mother's birthday. I have always regretted that decision. I can only imagine what it would have felt like to have experienced his hauntingly beautiful voice in person. To be in the presence of such beauty.

It still doesn’t feel so real (pardon the pun) that he died .. life gets harder each year that many musicians and film stars that I loved are no longer with us . Could count on my hands the people that have died and have had such an effect on my life and I miss them more and more each year

What a beautiful, unique soul. Wherever Jeff went, he was more alive than anyone else in the room. Behind those spellbinding eyes burned such otherworldly depth and passion. How lucky we are that he graced our world for a time, achingly brief as it was. He really left us all longing for more. Love to you, Jeff, wherever you are. Thank you for the music. ♡

as an aries i can't help but feel entranced by them. they don't deserve the negative rep, that they get for simply being intuitive, non bullshit people in a sea of fakeness. unhealthy non scorpio placements rely on lies and getting away with doing immoral things (like cheating) that give them comfort, and scorpio placements can see through that.

The show was called, Musiqueplus. The noise is due to the fact that this video is a VHS recording, which was taped using a cheap cassette. That noise wouldn’t have been there when this originally aired on television, back in 1994.

@vertyisprobablydead Jeff’s cover of Back in N.Y.C. by Genesis - especially the outro - sounds like it could be a Nine Inch Nails song.
Very interesting. What did he say at the end?
Woah. Jeff was a fan of NIN... Interesting
Those Dad questions do get tiring, though :') like, what do you expect him to say? I'm sure hos father runs through his mind enough. Tiring.
