Once you decide to listen to yourself and do what works for you, you will travel a road of loneliness. You will lose about 99% of the people you thought would be there for you. Once you been drug through mug and survive the worst of the worst pain you have become resilient. You will bloom and now you are the most beautiful flower in the garden of life.

Jeezy is so relatable; looking like His Father and being mistreated for it etc… What I admire About him the most is being to resign from a relationship after 2 years!!!! Oh what a life testament…. Cause usually a person that has doubts still continues to try and waste another eight years 10 years later you’re older, and a huge window of your life has passed you by if you would’ve just listened to your inner self and your knowledge, knowing you couldn’t grow from that spot like Jeezy has.. I am grateful for his example and even though My window has past… I will teach it to the women that will ask for advice… TY Jeezy and Ty Lewis Howes Show for Having Jeezy on Yr show and sharing this dialogue the whole show was great. I absolutely love this!! Hip Hop was not created so we can create more trauma. I was a voice of warning and letting others know you are not alone. Its not infiltrated with drugs and violence when it was created for the very opposite. Thank you Jeezy for maturing and allowing others in hip hop to know its not corny. I always said that those who became drug king pins are fortune 500 companies with the wrong product!
Be the best version of yourself, win lose or draw.... that's greatness 🙌🏾 👏🏾 ❤
When he said Peace is most important. ❤Also when he talked about Integrity. I also think that he has grown and Matured. He knows who he isand where he is going. He has a vision and it seems he is determined to reach the end goal no matter what. I have alot respect for Jeezy. Good for him.
This was a GREAT conversation! Jeezy is an amazing man & human being. I noticed this was just last month, and he filed for Divorce 2 months before that. He has to realize that his vision and life in the streets is not like building a strong relationship in marriage. If no one is stepping out on a marriage. There is no grounds for divorce. It’s not to be taken lightly. It’s not your way or cut it off. Marriage takes work by both parties. His street life and military life style has had a positive effect however marriage is different. Do the work like you did the work to succeed.

So many gems. So true that you never know how your story, your life your voice, your message could inspire another.... phenomenal interview. I always respected Jeezy as an OG rapper and astute businessman. Up there with Jay Z, 50 cent, Master P, Russel Simmons, Dr.Dre, Snoop Dogg.... clearly the commonality is having a Vision beyond their surroundings, a willingness to learn and evolve... to be a student... and it explains alot in terms of their success within the many phases of their evolution as men, businessmen and makes the future really exciting to see where they will go from here. I'm going to check out his book.

I really appreciate how he was real about his life experiences and open about his past. Having so much trauma in your life can cause you to be numb. But I hope and believe that he will keep on working on himself and become the man that he is destined to be. He just has to keep taking one step at time.
Trap or Thai will forever be a classic!
Amazing collaboration
I never knew his true backstory, damn he had his mom pull a gun on him that is traumatic AF. I like how he equated "THE STREETS" to The Fire or The Lion's Den and the only way out is through fighting your way through to figure out your purpose and have vision other than death and confinement (jail) is what the streets ultimately does kills you or confines you. Great interview I have always been a fan of his music and NOW I see why he has a light that needs to shine and a voice that needs to be heard.

Her name is Jeannie not Jenny. How is Jeannie is a fool? Jay proposed and instead of having a long engagement they married after his Mom dies. This was a covid19 relationship that imploded. They should have had couples therapy to know one anothe''s expectations for marriage and parenting. Did Jay tell Jeannie he did not want any family--his nor hers--around? Did Jeannie say her family visits for extended amounts of time? Jay needs to be in counseling and therapy. He wants to dictate instead of have a mature healthy relationship. Why does he have a bad relationship with his exes and elder kids? He needs to work on himself.

He's repeating what his mom does, just moving around. He's not a stable " husband". A person's behavior is who they are not their words. He has too many baby mamas. He doesn't know what a "husband " should be. He had no role model to show him what " husband " should do. He is a quitter when he's not getting his way.
