Ingredients :-
Asafetida (हिंग) -3 pinch if strong (1/2 tsp if normal).
Cumin seeds (जीरा ) -5 tsp (20 gm).
Fennel Seeds ( सौंफ ) -1 tsp (5 gm).
Clove ( लौंग ) -5 p.
Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) -5 tsp (20 gm).
Black pepper (काली मिर्च) -1.5 tsp(20 gm).
Dry Mango powder (आमचूर पाउडर) -2 tsp (6 gm).
Cinnamon (दालचीनी) -1 p (2 gm) (1/2 inch)
Coriander seeds (धनिया) - 8 tsp (25 gm).
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 tsp (5 gm).
Dry ginger powder (सोंठ) - 1 tsp (3 gm).
Bay leaf (तेजपत्ता ) -3 p.
Large Cardamom ( बड़ी इलाइची ) -2 p (5 gm).
Shah Jeera (शाह जीरा ) - 2.5 tsp (10 gm).
Mace (जावित्री ) - 1/3 tsp.
Nutmeg (जायफ़ल ) -1/6 tsp ( 1 gm).
Salt ( सादा नमक ) - 1 1/2 tsp (12 gm).
Black salt (काला नमक ) -1 tsp (5 gm).
Rock Salt (सेंधा नमक ) - 1 tsp (7 gm).
Method :-
Dry roast all ingredients in a pan on a low temperature
It take 2 to 3 mins to dry roast.
Let it cool down completely.
Make a fine powder in a mixer jar.
Jeeraman powder in ready.
Keep in a airtight dry container.
