I have that unit in my 2017 Tacoma, I love it except for the fact that when you wear polarized sunglasses, the screen is harder to see.

I wish there was a company that made a head unit like this but with a detachable screen for security like back in the old days

Totally hear you! The screen can come off - just requires about for screws to be removed, but I know what you’re talking about! Those old detachable face single din radios were cool!

$800 for a radio some thug would steal in a heartbeat. Nice set-up, but too much money to give some low-life thief.

How do you access the hdmi port, do I have to take the radio out to connect? Just purchased my radio. It's on its way

LOL! If you think that's "not excited" imagine what actually "not excited" looks like! This is peak excitement from Bryan! He spent 10+ years as first responder/firefighter/EMT before joining us, much of that in downtown Washington DC, so he's seen a thing or two, lol!
