Hi I found this on the Delta Childrens website. You can order replacement parts here: www.deltachildren.com/pages/contact-us-delta#tab-parts The link was at the bottom of the site if that doesn’t work I would email them.
Is there a way to make it so there are no gaps between the sun shade and mesh to keep out mosquitoes?

Unfortunately no.. unless you want to get crafty or maybe buy a mesh layer to add over the wagon
