Shopping around for my JKU 2018 with 35 inch tires and looking at the Rubicon Express 4.5 inch RE7144m lift kit with 8 adjustable arms with the RE monotube shocks or also contemplating buying the TeraFlex TER 1451401 4 inch lift with VSS 9550 shocks and 8 Alpine adjustable arms. So far I found the RE being 900$ less. Which one do you recommend ?
My RS900XL adjuster knobs seized after a couple years and I was stuck on soft. I am just now replacing them though, 12 years later.
Buddy I have jk and I don’t like ride quality over highway as I never go for off-roading and I want to increase ride comfort of my jeep. Can you please recommend me anything to do that including 2.5 inch lift. Thanks
Hey cj. I have a 2018 wrangler rubicon. My question is that I need new shocks and was thinking about the fox 2.0. I do not have a lift and was wondering if the fox shocks would fit
What shocks u have on ur 2 door green JL ? Behind u n heights ?
I have a 2011 Jeep rubicon 4 door and take it off-roading maybe 1-4 times a month and is my daily driver what shocks do you suggest
Are Twin Tube Gas Shocks the softest suspension for cars? Like a Corolla?
Hey C.J. I am considering a JKS 3.5" lift kit. I do more highway and trails but no rock crawling. Would the J spec be good or should I upgrade to the fox shocks?
Are Jeep Rubicon OE shocks digressive or progressive?
Where does the Teraflex 9550 shock in this range?
Falcon is one of the best shocks on the market.i run them,I love them.highly recommended falcon.

Carlos M Hey Carlos, yes 4wheelparts has the shocks you would need. They are for 0-1.5” lift. Also check eBay, you can get the same part for less.

with those you say it is not necessary to lift it or if
Hey CJ. I have a 2016 wrangler Sahara 4 door. I off road about 1-2 times a week. nothing too too crazy but I do enough. it has a 2.5 inch lift and I'm running 35's and just recently I put a set of 4:88's as well. It is also my everyday rig as well. I would like to upgrade the shocks from the monotube ones that are on it now. I like the Fox 2.0 but my question is are they fine for off road and fine for everyday city driving ? Your thoughts about each man? thanks

What shocks did you get I have a 2012 with 2.5 inch lift
I’m looking for a softer shock than the red rubicon shocks for my 2020 jl. What would you recommend? I upgraded to the fox 2.0 no lift but it’s stiff riding.

That Rough Country shock is the exact opposite of what you said. That shock shouldn’t even be in the video.

Considering them to go with Metal Cloak 3.5 game changer lift on my Jeep Wrangler JKU Rubicon. Would King shocks be over kill how would they ride on the road?
Rough Country shocks are junk....

That's what I have. N3. According to the video, they're "soft", but I'm not sure if that's the right explanation. I feel the road quite a bit, good for small road bumps and hills, but terrible for road imperfections. I feel the washboards quite a bit. Considering going to the Fox 2.0 but I'm not sure if "very firm" sounds a bit intimidating.
Did Rancho nitrogen.
