Great review. We bought a 2017 WK2 Altitude in Granite Crystal Metallic used in 2020 and absolutely love it. We've added a more basic roof rack and hitch (didn't come with tow package) and like you said, we too wish it had the sunroof! One thing yours has that ours doesn't is the apple-car play setup, so I'm going to contact the dealership to see if we can get that added. We did tow a 3,000 lbs. Forest River NoBo trailer last summer to several national parks and it tows like a dream! Even with 100 degree days in Wyoming last July, never overheated. Absolutely love the powertrain of this vehicle and we highly recommend. Cheers!

i have a 2018 altitude, my biggest issue is the delamination of the uconnect screen. its F** terrible! . I also wish I got black exterior color. mines white, but i have upgraded speakers and sunroof, but no tow hitch, regretting no hitch!!! also some gas stations dont want to fill you up! great review sir

My Uconnect is just starting this. You cannot see it when the car is running but it looks like a wave starting at the top and working it’s way down. Anyway let to fix this?

@@sherburnoutdoors if youre outside of 36k warrenty if you call jeep they will tell you to get bent... $2k to replace , they say keep receipt in case of recall blah blah... shitty customer service. They know its a huge issue. And its extremely dangerous cuz it leads to ghost touches, and your infotainment becomes completely unusable.. it could cause an accident too... and you cant use any climate controls when its ghost touching... Sad part is its only gonna get worse and get bigger and bigger. I think its cuz the glue they use, is shitty and the digitizer is shitty too. Digitizer is what makes it touch screen its cheap material. Its cuz the screen gets too hot, melts the glue and forms bubbles. Lookup delamination uconnect on youtube, some dudes take out their radio themselves, take it apart and try to fix it.

Less than a minute in and this guy calls his SUV a Jeep Cherokee...😢...

I prefer this over something like a Tahoe, I would never buy anything foreign makes, domestic only no matter what. 🇺🇸

@@sherburnoutdoors Can I ask you. I'm looking to buy a High Altitude. Would like to get a 2019-2021 but they have been priced a little high in my area. I may consider a 2018 because it is cheaper. Do you recommend buying with a extended warrenty from the dealership? Just asking because as much as I hear people say they love this suv, they also say that at the 60k mark its starts having major issues.
