Jean-Baptiste Camille Corot - Pinturas
Jean Baptiste Camille Corot, pintor paisajista francés (París 1796 - 1875) Pertenecía a una familia de comerciantes, y desde muy joven se dedicó al oficio de sus padres, hasta descubrir su verdadera vocación de pintor, por lo que decidió pedirle autorización a su familia para poder dedicarse a esto, lo cual le fue permitido sólo después de haber cumplido 26 años.
Tras formarse durante dos años con pintores paisajistas como Michallon y Bertin, comenzó su trayectoria pintando al aire libre, fuertemente influido por el estilo italiano. Sus primeras obras, como El puente de Narni se caracterizan por una pálida luminosidad y una sutil expresividad poética.
Camille Corot, fue presencia habitual en los Salones de Otoño, a principios de 1830 se decantó por una temática más modesta, aunque sin apartarse del paisajismo o el retrato. Regresó a Italia en 1843, momento a partir del cual fue matizando su paleta para captar con suave lirismo la textura luminosa de amaneceres y crepúsculos, en una especie de romanticismo calmo y reposado cuya técnica de pincelada corta anuncia el impresionismo (La danza de las ninfas, 1850). En esta última etapa, la pintura de Corot alcanzó un supremo equilibrio entre idealismo y realismo, que se tradujo en obras maestras tales como Mujer de la perla (1868-1870) o Mujer en azul (1874).

Hermosas pinturas, me gusta mucho este pintor, especialmente los juegos de sombras en sus composiciones y la variedad de reflejos que aporta la luz en sus paisajes. No sé que me gusta más, si el vídeo o la música, la combinación es maravillosa, como siempre.
