I was going to buy a land over there, but they have so many lands problems . I finally got me one in songon. We Ivorians need to have a hobby of build beautiful houses and apartments building in those new place to make those places attractive.

Les problèmes de terres sont trop compliqués! Si on ne fait pas attention, on peut se retrouver au milieu de litiges. Félicitations à vous 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 pour avoir eu votre terrain à songon ! J’ai entendu que c’est aussi un coin en pleine expansion. Faut que j’aille voir là bas aussi 😎

Rappelons que Abidjan a une population de plus de 8 millions d'habitants, représentant ainsi le 1/3 de celle de la Côte d'ivoire. Il est plus que jamais temps de faire jouer Yamoussoukro ses véritables fonctions de capitale politique et administrative, cela pourrait freiner un temps soit peu cette folle croissance démographique abidjanaise.

I hadn’t been there for years! I was amazed by how much it’s growing! It’s quite a beautiful and dynamic area!
