He does. All he does is wavedash into df1's or a df4 for chip damage and launches the whiffs. It's the same gameplan of "chip away and punish mistakes", it's just that Dragunov does it much better.

From what i saw, AK doesn't have many fast pokes, so he can't put too much pressure on the enemies when using AK. Just like jamie said, he's still doing what he do, but dragunov is just the better character in T7, and that's one of the reason why he drops AK now. jDCR even said that AK is not that reliable here compared to the previous game.

jdcr did win electric clash this year over abel maestro, anakin and joey fury. he also won some tournaments and placed 4th on many occasions at twt. this year would have been better for jdcr if he incorporated dragunov more. jdcr's dragunov is looking good.

@@tutuuo jdcr did beat knee's steve and dvj with ak. i think jdcr should still use AK on certain match up if his dragunov is not working. jdcr's ak is usually good against a mishima.

Yeah, which is a shame. AK is easily one of the cooler characters, it's too bad he's just so flawed. Season 3 really didn't address any of the problems he has either, and Dragunov got buffed so we'll probably never see JDCR playing AK again.

i dont get it. What tournament is this? Wasn't it chikurin to win TWT 2019?

I hated jdcr before when he dominated the tekken scene with his dragunov, it was kind of boring. But now i am happy for him that he finally ditched AK and starts using dragunov again lol

when JDCR started to lose with Dragunov then people said he needs AK coz AK was always his main and he will crush everyone and blah blah...and now after seeing him losing with AK they want him back with Dragunov. lol

@@neolog602 Jdcr Won Korean twt in 2018. And anakin has not beaten jdcr's dragunov. This year anakin has finally beaten jdcr. It is not guaranteed he will win but jdcr would have Better chance if he used dragunov against geese and kazumi. I have not yet seen jdcr's AK beating a strong kazumi user while his dragunov has beaten strong kazumi and geese users before. Jdcr's AK is good on certain match up like the mishima match up. And people are expecting AK of tekken 6 Br or tt2. But tekken 7 AK actually got nerfed.

@@ojsojs6004 that time was different...but after that his Drag was getting a hell of a beating like in TWT finals, the matches that he lost were all in which he picked Dragunov. And yeah JDCR has beaten Ulsan with Kazumi but has never beaten Take's Kazumi with his Dragunov and world knows Ulsan has arguably the best Kazumi rn. That time Ulsan wasn't such a beast as he is today. But I agree Dragunov is hell better in S3 as we see from thr patch notes so it might make a difference although many other characters got huge buffs too, so can't really say.

Speed kicks aggressive style would of gave a more better fight but he would lose if JDCR well WHEN JDCR amply pressure

A lot of stages were downgraded in Tekken 7 FR. Arctic Snowfall used to have much better snow effects. Duomo di Sirio had much higher quality reflections and lighting in the trailer before FR came out. Ect... Kind of unfortunate the PS4 can only run the game at 900p with half a minute long loading times, but what can you do

Watching this match after losers finals between speedkicks and alfa and realised JDCR predicts future. He's so calm and knows everything what's gonna happen. How will you win against JDCR ?

If in Tekken 8 you can ban a character, I would definitely ban JDCR's dragonuv.

@@neolog602 At least dragunov is not a 2d character while geese is a s tier 2d character and dragunov requires more execution with point blank iwr2.. AK is not cheap. Jdcr this year has beaten knee's Steve and Dvj with ak. Both Dvj and Steve are s tier. Knee cant beat jdcr with them so he chooses another s tier 2d character geese which is a hard match for AK.

If u don't know how to play with hwoarang then *DON'T*
