This is so great. Artie is in his golden era of being energetic and funny, Howard is quick and great at naturally pushing the conversation forward, robin emasculating, and Benny not making a noise and just feeding Howard kick ass lines. And of corse JD young and nervous and all the gold he brings. This is the best

yeah totally agree, was always lovely to see Artie firing on all cylinders. Not in that mood where he's just laughing inanely, but not actually contributing, just getting through the show at all costs, or where's just silent or struggling to stay awake, or gassing away endlessly, telling obnoxious stories. This is one where he's wonderful - dry, scintillating, his stories are eloquently expressed and not a second too long or short, just right...And he's learnt (from Howard) the trick of not laughing at his own jokes, just having the confidence to let them lie there and breathe, and give them a deadpan genius...

I always hated fighting and mostly only fought when ever I felt it was absolutely necessary. The good thing is that most of the time you don't have to fight. Most people are bull shitters. Learn to be a good bull shitter and that will be enough( 99% of the time). A tactic I have used in the past is walk directly towards a group of guys that appear to be "trouble". If they are on the opposite side of the street cross the street to walk on their side of it. Don't pause or hesitate. Look directly at them in a non confrontational manner and pretend like you don't have a care in the world. If they think that you are not the least bit worry they will avoid any contact with you ...99% of the time. You still have to worry about that other 1%..you know, the psychos or people who just love to fight but like I said 99% of people are bull shitters when it comes to fighting. So if you are not in the 1% who can really fight(or just love it) then you better learn to bullshit better than the other 99% of people who are bullshitters.

Imagine being Robin saying “homeless guy seems okay” Seriously imagine being a black woman, that does literally and objectively nothing, for millions and millions of dollars, while never having to worry about getting assaulted, ESPECIALLY during this time period, and just cackling for millions? Can anyone even fathom that life?

LOL. I never liked looking at JD. I guess he reminds me of all my perceived flaws and insecurities, but far worse than my own, amplified by about 10. I'm an introverted, shy-ish person, but am positively Don Draper-esque compared to JD. He both makes me feel good and bad about myself simultaneously. He's like a human viagra and priapism-reverser in one. Does this analogy make sense? Do other guys feel the same about him lol?

Hi - to the owner of the channel, forgive me if I've asked this, but just wondered: do you have one from around the K-Roq/Jackie era where a drunk guy calls in and confesses to being erotically obsessed with his daughter-in-law, and the mother is out of town, and said daughter-in-law - whose like 16, clearly attractive and who has a boyfriend, which aggravates the hell out of this guy - is in the shower? The bf also happens to not be white, which seems to inflame the guy further for some reason.. Howard tries at all costs to keep the guy on the line, as he's getting drunker and talking in increasingly worrying ways about what he wants to do to the girl (he's even asking if to 'protect' her he should tie her up on the lawn outside). Howard insists on talking to to the girl when she's out of the shower and demands she goes to stay with her boyfriend or a relative and to just get out of the house asap. He does eventually talk to her - and she is disbelieving initially, but soon becomes aware of the gravity of the situ and the need to get out at any cost. The guy is clearly demented and lustfully salivating over the girl. It's one of those legendarily gripping segments. I remember it so vividly. Not sure there would be video of it, but audio for sure, as I've heard it several times on KZread in the past, but not recently. Was def K-Roq Jackie era (I'm pretty sure pre-Artie)...Anyways, if by chance you have it, would be so grateful to hear it again...as I'm sure your other subscribers would. Was one of those Stern gems, like when Clay the serial killer called in,. or that other guy who tragically decapitated his gf, went on the run, then called in to Stern several times from prison...the type that is really morbid but you can't peel yourself away from..
