Did anyone else buy one that was half broken? Like they sold it saying it was in perfect condition from the store but then the light doesn't work and you can see the meterials inside

Yeah same my light doesn’t work
If I don't press the snoose button will it ring again in 5 minutes? In the model I have, it rings for 60 seconds and then it doesn't ring again. Some way for the alarm to repeat in case I don't press any buttons?
