This is absolutely not a very skilled driver. Mediocre at best.

now all we need is to make them about twice that wide, and run a dozer through it to clean it up and throw all excess over the side, then a grader to smooth it all out and cut ditches with cross drains at times to keep water off the road to keep it from washing away,,,,,i dont know where this is or who is paying, but im glad to see even this little bit

Wouldn't be my first choice for that job. I suspect it is an example of "run what you have."

Drone B if you get this ,please tell the owner of those backhoes if he puts ballast in the tires he would double the tractors pushing power and save allot in wear and tear . Ballast is weight in the rear tires .Just fill them full of anti freeze and water

You really should get a tracked loader backhoe as next Maschine, for these mountain roads with stone it would be better, it can turn around on the spot and has much better traction and pushing power, you can get one with rubber tracks if you need to drive on asphalt streets as well

A small-to-medium bulldozer with a 6-way tilt blade would be best for this road maintenance job, but a good backhoe operator can do a wide variety of jobs like this quite well.

Of all the heavy equipment I've operated, I love a backhoe for its versatility in performing a wide variety of earthmoving jobs very efficiently.

These guys all have expensive 4 way buckets and they never use them. A loader backhoe isn't designed as a bulldozer and yet that's what their doing with them most the time. Who is going to repair these machines when they're completely worn out in a few months?

I love the 4 or 6 way buckets. He's Not taking advantage of machine abilities. I've graded roads with a backhoe if you open the bucket a few inches its works like a box scraper filling low spots and cutting high spots
