always give the ol UJs a clout with hammer to make come lose a bit ,therell always be a bit stif when 1st put together , fill the cups with grease to stop the needles falling out , if one doesnt have a press ,the vice does the same job , good video of doing the trunions , well done , ol chap

You need to heat bearing up to fit

To do this job you really have to keep your bearing.

Probably should've packed those bearings with grease before installing

Wrong grease nipples in driveshaft crosses,they should be on the corners .Driveshaft cannot be greased.Good video otherwise.

It looks too new to go bad already. Previous owner must have never used a grease gun on it. There was still paint on the zert.
