Would you get this one over Jbl Flip 6? I really like the new design, functions and the fact it uses BT 5.3. Would the Go 4 be enough for a small living room?

Hi! It really depends on the use of the speaker. The JBL Flip 6 is enough for a small living room, but keep in mind that it has more output power than the JBL GO 4 and it's approx. $65 more expensive. If I need to make a choice I would get 2 JBL GO 4 speakers and pair them with Auracast. You will have newer speakers with BT 5.3 that you can use seperate or together and for a less price than 1 JBL Flip 6. When they release the Flip 7 in the future you could even expand the JBL GO 4 setup with the Flip 7 because of Auracast😁👍

@@TechBoost great idea! Thank you. Is one Go 4 enough for some light background music in a SMALL (more like a bedroom-size) room? I was considering Sony ULT 1 Field as well cause I don’t want to invest in a rather dated Flip 6 🤔

I think it is. My workspace is around 17m2 and one JBL GO 4 fills up the entire room on 80% volume. The other speakers you mentioned are also good, but I see them as speakers for in some bigger (living) rooms or for loud music outside (based on output power and volume). So you're probably good with one JBL GO 4 and, as I said before, you can always go for a second JBL GO 4 later 😁
