I just got the clip 4 after using the clip 3 for nearly 3 years and its amazing so far. Im gonna put it to the test tomorrow at work. I work in a warehouse assembling pools so i can clip it to my belt loop or near my station. Ill put my beat up clip 3 to rest unless i can find some parts to replace the clip and add a new battery and whatnot. Sorry for the rant lol...

what app can u use whit jbl clip 4 ?

I think a better way to control the volume levels and be able to compare how loud each one gets would be to set all speakers to 100% because its very difficult to really know if your really setting all the speakers at 60% and set your phone to the same volume for all 4 just my 2 cents.

It really would have been cool if JBl could have made the go3 to have pairing feature. You could place a few around a room or garden.

Got my soundcore mini 3 about 2 months ago and with the right eq setting it even beats the minirig mini with some songs. Minirig is fuller sounding but anker is clearer and more crisp, bass is about the same if not sligthly better on the anker.

Yeah, Anker Soundcores are boss headphones and speakers. I even questioned keeping my wrap around ear headphone over the beats wrap around. And to be honest, the Ankers sound better than the Beats.

Soundcore has been building a very compelling ecosystem with their app and some nice and inexpensive hardware. If they keep this going, I bet soon they'll be releasing higher-end stuff to hang around the big boys like Sony and Bose.

The Tribit is a fantastic speaker, so much so, the next day I purchased another. The stereo pairing is incredible. It certainly packs a very impressive punch!

Think imma get Tribit. The form factor is good, has a strap I can place on my backpack, I got out a lot, sound is good(especially compared to my old clip 3) and while not as well priced as the Anker, it doesn't make my wallet cry. Anker does looks and sounds real great, the Tribit isn't that much of a step down.

@@atlegangdlamini for personal use, I think it's great! But if you play a lot of music, I think that it's a little limited. You should be able to get 4 to 5 hrs of nonstop music out of it I think.

70 bucks for a clip 4 ... you can pay 9 more dollars and get the ONN medium party speaker and it sounds AMAZING!! FOR THE ASKING PRICE FOR A FLIP 5 you can get the ANKER soundcore rave neo!!! This little speaker blows the JBL charge 4 out of the water! Look them up ... you wont be dissatisfied

2:23 - The Mini 3 bangs for the Price and Size also Form factor! OMG :) I stole it on my Birthday - got it in yesterday and I am all smiles listening to that little Sound Cannon. That's the only cheap Speaker I could find with USB-C/App Control. (I thought of this video too) I also had a Mono Speaker in a Cyilinder shape years ago now I'm kicking my JBL Flip 3 out:: more Bass, sounds the same outside, more portable. The Life P2s sound oh-so good too, just no App support :(

Why no love for the Go 3? For £30 it's a bargain. It's also more rugged with the woven nylon design so if you accidentally drop it it won't harm it. It's also more versatile than the Clip 4 as you can stand it upright. Or if you want to attach it to something just buy a small carabiner. I wear it on my belt at work (I work in a warehouse) and if you just want to stream radio for 5-6 hours a day it works brilliantly and you barely notice the weight. The indoor range is also awesome, well over 100m.

Because it's not loud at all ,to me the jbl go 2 is louder then the go 3 , that's why it's all ways on sail Because its trash,and this coming from a diehard jbl fan boy..but just got the mini 3 pro ,oh yeah. It's a monster,to me it's a little louder the the clip 4 and far as sound wise. They sound the same.

I hate to say it, but none of these for a machine shop. Best speakers for that environment without spending a ton of money is Soundcore Motion Boom, Motion Plus and JBL Charge 5

Or big-shell closed over-ear headphones that double as ear protection. I think 3M even has certified hearing protection with integrated Bluetooth headphones. Although if you are not getting it for employees (having to comply with regulations or whatever), I think any big headphones would do both, not limited by 3M or similar with probably lower sound Q.

JBL would have sold more speakers if the did not get rid of connect plus and the audio in port. I own multiple JBL products. I have 21 JBL speakers connected together listening to your reviews. I will continue to buy the older models.

Today i compared the soundcore mini 3 with the old xsound go, they play on the same level, tribit has a bit more separation offcourse but the anker has clearer highs, bass on the same level. Awesome speaker if you tune the eq right.

True 360° & louder is in UE.

Why do you keep jbl go tilted and other speaker straight. That rubber part should come at base, thats how the speaker is designed. Try keeping other speakers tilted, they wont even stay thr.

Soundcore preset EQ settings are complete garbage. That being said, once you tune it yourself to your liking, they make some of the best sounding speakers.

TJ Maxx has Clip 4 for $44 actually $39 before tax

I have the JBL Clip 4 and Tribit Stormbox Micro. This guy is right. Clip 4 has the better sound. But it's a bit heavier. I can wear the JBL Clip around my neck like a necklace. The Tribit is a bit too heavy for that. Anyway, for the size, they're both amazing. Technology keeps pushing greatness.

Anker mini 3 good price and best quality

My partner has the JBL Go 3 and I have the soundcore mini 3. The JBL is sturdy, sounds good enough as well. I have to say, the soundcore has been an upgrade for us. We use it a lot more than the JBL. The soundcore has a lot of premium features for a low price, great sound and bass, good call quality. plus the build is fantastic. Very thought out. It has more of a 3D sound, and even though it has more bass, it doesn't slip all over surfaces due to its grippy pad on the bottom. The jbl will dance if not secured. One thing about the soundcore, the battery does not last 15 hours unless you listen to your music really low without the bass. 7-8 hours is a more usable figure, it does charge fast. Both are good, the soundcore is flat out a better bang for the buck. Plus, for the price of the more expensive JBL, you can get the larger soundcore Flare 2 which sounds even better than the Mini 3. Soundcore is really making a splash in the various portable audio markets!

Go3 was the best IMO, least artificial fake bass (at least that's what I heard under the limitations of this recording).

Soundcore scored much lower than the others on my Bose speakers. Bass it had but the treble was really lacking and there was nothing crisp about the sound. JBL 4 and then JBL 3 were the best. Tribit was 3rd.

I just hate the design of the soundcore mini 3 specially at the top. Overall the best design for me is the clip 4. But its Not budget freindy. I just bought the tribit stormbox micro and I'm really super disappointed with the sounds. Yes its loud. But its not clear. Lacks treble. Just bass. Doesn't fit with rock music at all. Sony xb100 is missing.. would have been complete with that added. People say it sounds bad, not clear enough, not loud enough but to me sony XB100 sounds the best with actual bass that you can feel and sounds mich more fuller compare to rest of these. These sound clear and loud and bright but not heavy and warm. The sony sounds warm and soothing unlime these which sound crisp but irritating sometimes. Sony would make you wanna groove with it's warm boomy sound signature.

It is not a good test to put all the speakers at 60% because some speakers are louder at that level and gives a false sense that it sounds better than other speakers. The real test should be put all speakers at same loudness and compare the sound.

I must say, I'm just a teeny bit offended. I DID hit the like button before the video was done. Hmpf.
