Not only did I hit like before the video really started, I watched the entire video, have hit the notification bell years ago and .. well you get the point. Nice comparison video.

The JBL speakers may not look attractive indoors, but they do sound the best indoors, placed near a wall, or in the corner of a room.

I have two x600 speakers linked, amazing how the processers blue tooth is so fast, they never skip a beat. Especially with some old Led Zeppelin tunes, the back an forth stereo is incredible. the Surround audio equals high end Atmos speakers with that spatial audio output and that's outside on my Deck, not inside of a room. * edit * I'd like to hear your update with the projector using the x600's spatial audio

Nice review man, but whould be super helpfull to see your opinion abiut the sound. Something which are inside certan cretiras. Like how are bass, mids and highs. Cuz we are listenin the sound through our speakes which have their setting and we can properly compare them ourself

Soundcore products are very good quality, and the value for your money is high. I have a Motion Boom and a set of earbuds from them and I'm very satisfied. Sure there's better speakers out there, but for the same price point, there's no one better in my opinion.

I to a degree do not agree that they sound great, I had a few products ( mostly headphones ) and they are tuned for a typical casual normie. What I mean the "everyday Joe" that hears some bass and is i mpressed. Their audio products in general lack refinement, they are OK and nothing else about it. For the money though they do offer alot of features, and are constantly improving the build quality, which is great. But for me as an audio enthusiast, sound quality always comes first. THe soundcore headphones I had for example had ZERO tuning on the driver, when connected to analog source powered down they were just a cacophony of sound, trully damn awful. They rely solely on their DSP to do the job. I personally buy the brands like Bang&Olufsen, Sennheiser, Klipsch etc. You know the guys that have been in "sound" for decades and know their job well and anctually TUNE their products. Sure they are pricey. But there is another cheao and great Chinese brand that I feel offers better sound for at the moment less features and lesser build quality is Earfun. They usually sound really nice and for the money hard to beat., P.S I do not like JBL as well, they are party speakers first and foremost, typical V shaped tuning the "dress to impress" bass and treble, with heavy handed tuning. It's hard to describe but JBLS sound is " Flat, yet dynamic". There is little to no depth to it in a musical way, try out Vifa Helsinki or even better the copenhagen 2.0 to see what HI-Fi sound is about.

As far as the sound signatures from each speaker. The X600 as far as sound seperation is noticeably more defined in this EQ compared to the other's but the bass sits in betweenthe Xtreme and charge. But the Charge 5 did sounded fuller in the mids to a degree but they could all use custom EQ

You know I'm watching the video and even on the last one 1080P in my opinion does not do its justice for your videos. It saves a lot of storage ik that for sure😅 but I'm watching this on my Samsung Q70A TV and it just takes the pop out of your videos so if you can can you please bump back the resolution up. And I'll comment my thoughts once I watch the entire thing 👍

But I never thought a soundcore speaker would make a JBL look cheaper. Still am interested in testing the X600 later on in time. Great video again... 1440p would still help 😅

I’m spoiled on how the motion 600 sounds i think it’s my favorite Bluetooth speaker I ever owned I had 2 jbl xtremes and sold them

The Motion X600 sounds alot better then the charge 5 as the x600 have much more bass and the clarity, but with the eq it can easily get louder then the charge 5 and probably as loud as the extreme 3. I personally have the motion plus and with the bass up feature it's a little louder then the charge 5 and sounds better imo but with the eq it makes it much better.

Get a good music source too. If you use mobile phone and can't afford it, or not willing to spend too much money for expensive iPhone, the V series LG phone can be had at bargain prices new or used. The speakers sound awesome with tinkering of the equaliser preset.

@@zahriatan1946 I have a iphone 12 pro as only 3 music sources play high quality audio which is tidal, amazon music and apple music but out of the three apple music is the worst one but both tidal and amazon music are close as they both can play up to flac audio codec I think if I remember right, but the reason why apple is the worst is that lostless audio only works on some songs and only on apple devices like the airpods pros, airpods max, homepod 2, and 1 new beats headphones I think

Why would you match them by volume percentage?! Jbl has an awful volume curve with 50% being like 80% in the linear curve...

Best used as an " indoor only "speaker. For one reason, POWER. The only way to get the full 100 watts that YOU PAID FOR, is to plug it into a wall socket. In battery mode, you're only getting 50 watts. I was reading the TECH SPECS in the owner manual & states as follows: POWER- 100 WATTS ( A/C MODE ONLY). Just trying to give you a head's up on that.

Most people don't know or realize this until after they purchased it, like I did. JBL should have BOTH of these POWER SPECS labeled on the box,that way consumers know what they're looking at before hand.

Why you didn’t tell that jbl character 5 is mono speaker and soundcore x600 is stereo with 3- channel audio? There is nothing to compare the result is obvious. If you really like to listen good quality of sound, just do the speaker test on youtube. When you listen these speakers together you gonna be surprised how much worse jbl sound quality compared to x600. I returned JBL and I very love the sound quality of X600. I didn’t compare the JBL extreme 3 coz the price almost twice bigger then X600, there is no point to me in overpaying when there is a speaker with very good stereo sound and quality that is half the price.

Drop test., that’s one real world test that most reviewers don’t include in their review and thats one KsP of !JBL. And thats one thing outdors-ey people can attest to.

Thank you for the review. I use my x600 with a flat EQ, but enable bass up and spacial audio. For me that combination is perfect whether Maynard ferguson, Pink Floyd or Steely Dan, chicago, Earth wind & fire 🔥 etc. Best thing about using flat EQ with bass up on this unit, you can turn the volume nearly all the way up without distortion, maintaining clear bass. If I were a big fan of Bass centric type music, I would probably choose something else. But the overall sound stage for the size and price (mine at $150) of the x600 is quite impressive.

I think the motion X600 is great for couple having a romantic conversation. Great for R&B and blues but not the best for rock&roll or country. The Charge 5 is great for personal joy of music and great for all kinds of music genres. The Extreme 3 is of course for party. Great for pop, heavy metal and rock&roll. Instead of saying one is better than the other, I’d like to say one is more suitable for a specific purpose.

Bruh... first of all, those projectors are not "new." One is just branded with Transformers. What I'm saying is... This channel is called NEW Stuff TV and you could have seen those projectors HERE a year ago and 5 months ago respectively. So you gotta keep checking in every week because KZread's algorithm sucks. Lol! Now... as far as hooking the speaker up to the projector, I'm doing it this weekend but it won't be put in a regular video. I'm doing it in a KZread Short/TikTok format. The EXTREME 3 puts out 50 watts in battery mode. It delivers 100 watts in A/C MODE, ( while it's plugged into a wall receptacle).

​@@NewStuffTV1 That's why so many people feel let down when using it as a portable for the first time. It's a lot of money to spend on a 50 watt portable speaker. That's why I use mine indoors only, plugged into a wall receptacle, getting the FULL 100 watts that I paid for. It also preserves the longevity of the speaker as well.

X600 and X3 have linear volume scaling, C5 is logarithmic so it raises too fast before half and slowly afterwards, giving the false impression of a louder speaker

The whole video was just a formality as compared to both speakers, You don't even has the guts to recommend the soundcore over the JBL👊👊 , thus it delevers incredible sound in so much affordable price, but you just not want make JBL looks down , but soundcore really won the battle with 100% better quality and features to over JBL and compare to any speaker in market till date. It cost 89 🚨buks way cheaper than JBL 350 buks. I feel your constant biased....👎👎👎

Nah. It has an upward firing speaker that wasn't mic'd correctly and therefore made the recording skew'd. Plus it has aux-in! Where's the love for that. I can hook up my WiiM to that for better sound still!

The X600 to me sounds to be the weakest one. Out of the Charge 5 and the Extreme 3 though, you honestly can't go wrong with either of them because they BOTH sound that good. You would naturally think though that the Extreme 3 though would be the better one though, but to be honest, it really isn't by that much. Long story short, if you bought the Charge 5 over the Extreme 3, I very much doubt you would be that disappointed.

Anyone who buys a charge 5 or an extreme 3 and thinks they're getting best speaker is a fool. Especially when they can grab a speaker from tribit or soundcore or even wking they got speaker sound way fn better and they do it at a fraction of the cost.. that bein said the jbl 110 partybox is best speakers I've owned that's why I have 2 but for these size speakers their stuff is way overhyped and way overpriced

The Tribit is no way as good as any JBL. I have both brands. Tribit is an average BT speaker, JBL sounds way better in all aspects

Sounds like you only had a partybox 110 and thats it.. being mad doesnt mean you can say sht about smaller speakers. Yes the charge 5 is one of jbl's most successful speakers.
