I don't understand why you sometimes deactivate the "BASS BOOST" of the Encore, especially outdoors. This completely biases the comparison. I find that the Boombox is full of quality and finesse of sound in its Wifi version. Really, avoid messing with the sound settings too much or else you have to adjust them on both to make it fair. Without the Bass Boost, outdoors, the Encore doesn't seem great...and that's logical. Otherwise, very interesting.

Thank you for your comment. I turn off the bassboost mode during the encore only at high volume, because it distorts the sound too much.
