How low can it go, it says 45-50hz on website but i tried it at a local store it can hit around 40-42, what do you think, im thinking of buying one soon. Btw is it powerful enough to vibrate shelfs doors windows etc. in room on indoor use?

My xtreme goes down to 39 hz and almost shakes the shelfs,so i think boombox 2 would be good.

I have a question.. if you push your left passive radiator, the other side comes out and then comes back slowly? or it remains still? mine if I push the passive radiator, the other side comes out and then comes back slowly even if I'm still pushing the other side. differently the jbl xtreme if I push one side, the other side goes out but it remains still till I leave my hand from pushing the passive radiator. So it is normal for the JBL Boombox 2 to have an air leak?

I have an Onyx Studio 5 and a Boombox 2, the Boombox 2 goes quite a bit louder and about the same bass (but louder)

@@BH4x0r what about details, is it washed out (highs). I brought Boombox 2 on order since Onyx uses older version of Bluetooth, my other choice was Sony xb43 but i already have flat sounding headphones so i didn't care about vocals, but stood out is that it has LDAC which doesn't matter for the speakers i guess. Boombox has great boomy bass and i just wanted that with great sound quality.

@@alexsmith1207 Onyx Studio series might sound washed out to people, but to me it sounded properly flat with nice highs, while the Boombox 2 exaggerates them a bit both sound better than the XB43 IMO though, both in highs and bass, to me the XB43 exaggerates mids too much (although it obv has an EQ, Which the Onyx Studio 5/6/7 and Boombox 2 do not), although the Onyx Studio 6 and 7 apparently have more present highs/louder highs because of a different EQ curve than the older Onyx Studio 5
