THE INTERVIEWS ARE WANTING BECAUSE THEY HAVE DIFFERENT SETS OF QUESTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THE INTERVIEWS IS ONE ON ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER CANDIDATES PRESENT BUT ONLY THE APPLICANT AND THE SAME SETS OF QUESTIONS WERE USED. THEN THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION IS ASKED IN A DEBATE FORM OF Q AND A. QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ABOUT LAWS ABOUT CASES ALREADY SETTLED IN COURTS, PRESENT PROBLEMS OF THE JUDICIARY AND THEIR QUESTIONABLE JUDGEMENT NOT SEATING WELL WITH THE PUBLIC. WITH THESE QUESTIONS THEY CAN ASCERTAIN THE KNOWLEDGEABLE APPLICANTS.

Bones De guzman a very good and timely food for thought to all concerned. The hardest thing tu hurdle though is the biases inherent to everybody. With it, there is no strong foundation for every judgement or courses of action ahead.

Duterte is full of pride. He may be the last person to ask favor. And yes he did. Katotohanan din ang sinabi niya. Favor to kick-out Sereno. And he returned the favor. Sa Senate. Pumalpak sa Senate kaya sa quo-warranto na lang sa Supreme Court. Favor granted.

Napakapalad ng ating bansa na nagkaroon tayo ng Associate Justice na katulad ni Justice Noel Tijam. Tunay siyang kagalang-galang sa kanyang mga pananalita, magagandang idea para sa ikahuhunlad ng sistema ng korte sa ating bansa. Sana po Justice Tijam, alagahan nyo pong mabuti ang inyong kalusugan ng sa ganun ay humaba pa po ang inyong buhay at makapaglinkod sa ating bansa. Yes! I agree 100% the next Supreme Court Chief Justice. Very intelligent, very open minded and articulate, that the others could be lacking of. Very dignify making him very credible or vice versa. MABUHAY ka Our new chief justice Tiham.

Well said Justice Tejam, most judges and lawyers have lost sight of their purpose, and need to be retrained. Unless these judges and lawyers have unjustly lost someone dear to them... empathy.... has to come through as a judicial reform. I hope that will come sooner than later.

Internal Strife? Justice Tijam seem to forget the danger of the SC being politicised just like what happened with CJ Sereno. What transpired then is a present history in the judicial system in the Philippines. Am not a lawyer but i do use my common sense inside my little gray matter.

Sereno being ousted fyi is not politicised,,In the first place,her appointment is politicised and should never takes place..try to open your heart and mind..don't pretend...There is only so much danger if you play dangerously..

Both Duterte and Tihams decision were based on their own understanding of the law mga brilliant lawyers yan you do not have the monopoly of knowledge manood ka ng oral arguments para malaman mo mga kakayahan nila.

Juustice tijam has an integrity to answers every question being ask! For me he is the right to replace the position of being a cheif justice. He is respectable and has an integrity. .being a new cheif justice. .
