Bowing a guitar is inherently more difficult than strumming a violin There is no physical obstacle to strumming a normally bowed instrument. The fingers or pick can hit any or all of the strings. But the strings of a guitar are in an essentially flat plane except for different string thicknesses. A bow can only isolate the top and bottom strings, or all of the strings at once, with great difficulty. Also, the body of the guitar interferes with bowing except over the neck, but the violin body does not get in the way of strumming. Intonation is much more difficult on a fretless instrument, but not physically impeded by the design of the instrument 😂

Uau I have been playing a stringed instrument (the viola) for more than twelve years, I have played in groups and orchestras, I have been a finalist in competition and I know that it is difficult what you are playing, those double strings are very complicated to tune, and you play them well and with ease. What you do has enormous merit, you have to recognize all the effort you have made with the violin. You can tell you've been playing for many years because I know the family of stringed instruments.

Listen to a lot of jazz, get a real book and start learning tunes while playing along with recordings! You'll pick up a lot of language by just learning melodies. I also have some free resources on understanding jazz harmony on violin available on my website, www.sizviolin.com/pedagogy Rhythm and the importance of Groove is the biggest difference from classical, listen to how jazz musicians (any instrument) swing and articulate and try to emulate them. I recommend checking out the music of jazz violinist Stuff Smith too, one of the hardest swingin musicians ever!

@@mysigt_ because the sun is shining to the blind from the outside and whatever walks or moves out there will make a shadow on the blind At that speed its likely to be a cyclist
