Jazz Boxes: Godin 5th Avenue Night Club
It's Friday, and we're back with another Focus review video, this time looking at the beautiful Godin 5th Avenue Night Club and, since it's #FenderFriday, we're plugging it into a Fender '65 reissue, blackface Deluxe Reverb - an incredible sounding amplifier. The guitar features a hollow body made from wild Canadian Cherry, with a Silver Leaf Maple neck and richlite fingerboard, carved to a 16" radius.
Featuring a single TV Jones pickup in the neck position, this guitar forces you to use its single volume and tone control, which deceptively allows you to reap the benefits of a surprisingly rich and diverse tonal palette.

I love this guys playing. Very interested in this guitar.
Great review and very accurate. I've owned one of these for a month and it covers all that is said. Great for Blues, Jazz, Americana. Stays in tune and the Richlite fingerboard feels fantastic. Lovely instrument. Great demo.

Lovely playing and tone fella.
Really nice guitar and sublime playing. I wish these guitars would come with a 1.75" nut width. I know that 1.72 is close though.

Hi Do you know if this is a solid wood guitar or lamanent?
Do you happen to remember what strings you were running on this?
Body depth and width?
I think they should have stayed away...from the Gretsch pickup...and gone with a Gibson humbucking style.. It would have give this...jazz box....more of a jazz sound.
