Those loose joints can be fixed, but my biggest issue with this figure is the pins at the joints. I know they're necessary when a toy is only $20, but they aren't even the same color as the armor they're inserted into.
You got the newer batch of Kat figure it seems, as the first one had a matte silver visor, and if you scrubbed it off it would be shiny like your figure underneath. I ordered her yesterday of Amazon for £14 so I hope I don't get a loose or bad one, but so far I'm impressed with my MK5B and Chief.
