Nice video guys, looks like you had an awesome weekend. I've been a Jayco fan for 20+yrs. Yes , the build quality might be a bit average at times BUT value for money is exceptional. Equivalent, standard features in other vans that are double the price. Hope you get many happy travels from the Crosstrak!

I have the 13ft, luv it . Changing to cruisemaster hitch as the polyblock hitch is just a pain to line up when recoupling up.

Thanks for watching! We’ve only been stuck once or twice, but with 2 sets of recovery boards and low tyre pressures we’ve always seemed to get ourselves out. 👍🏼 we didn’t get stuck going up any of those tracks though, just give her some berries.

That’s a whole lot of momentum over some of those bumps. Do you think you’d still make the exits with less speed? I’m going there in a month but concerned I’d bend a chassis with that kind of right foot. Only have a Jayco Eagle.

The solar panel should be on the main roof. When the roof is up it also shades the solar panel.

Did you ever consider the jayco camper trailer off roaders?
