I'm writing a Post Apocalyptic Horror novel about Vampires myself, and I always wanted to see what other writers are doing with Vampires these days. I find it interesting causing Vampires to come out in the day to cause the Apocalypse. In the book I am working on my Vampire apocalypse happens in the aftermath of Nuclear War and Climate Change. I was more so inspired by Brian Lumley's Necrocope books, Vampire the Masquerade, the Vampire Hunter D books and movies, and the Legacy of Kain video games than Anne Rice. Nothing against Anne Rice personally, I just don't find her Vampires scary. That's all, but she did have an impact on my writing when I always kept saying to myself. You have to write something in this story that would make her fans buy this book.

He looks exactly like the type to write these cringey self insert fantasy books. I really wanted to like it but I haven't rolled my eyes reading a book this much since I was an edgy angsty teenager.
