Radhi and Jay Shetty sit down to talk about a very special project they have been working on together for the past 18 months, their ‘quarantine baby’ - Sama Tea! In Sanskrit, Sama means to be fully balanced. It can also mean togetherness, equality, and oneness. Because, ultimately, a life in the present is a more balanced life, a more connected life, and a happier one too.

"Sama" in tagalog means "come". In context it can be used as "mag ka-sama" which means "together" or "sama ka" which means "come with". :) I love that name for your new tea company.

Love listening to the both of you! I was curious about the camomile tea. You mentented it has Tulsi in it as well. My understanding is that Tulsi is an "awake" / "caffeinated" tea. Is that true? I usually drink camomile for sleep. Will drinking it mixed with Tulsi at night impact sleep?
