Swaradaa Communication and Events proudly presents ‘ MAGICAL PANCHAM’ concert based on immortal songs of legendary music director R.D.BURMAN At Sri Shanmukhananda Fine Arts and Sangeet Sabha In association with Glitterati Entertainment Solution Pvt.Ltd. This was 25th show of magical Pancham. The centerpiece of the event was the Legendary poet and lyricist Mr. Javed Akhtar. Javed and Pancham had an affectionate bond. Javed showcased the uniqueness of this bond in the following event. On this day, he also shared the top 5 songs he admires of Pancham and much more...This was an exceptional evening . We are sharing these beautiful moments with all music lovers in three parts. So seat back and enjoy watching renowned artist like Javed Akhtar create a musical memory of the melodious magician Pancham.

How much effort they gave in making one song.. Today lyrics are just 'aha' 'uhu' and the song is complete.. Today's music is not even 10% of those times music

Who says so.....the media....false....he had 12 films in 1992.....that is what was confessed by RDB....in that interview....he was already working with....Rajkumar Santoshi ,RamGopal Verma,Sanjay Leela Bhanshali & some new directors....so he died penniless n all those things are crap.....RDB was RDB

Downfall of RD began after Betaab and Saagar. New music directors had narrowed offers eg Anu Malik, Anand Milind, Nadim Shravan, A R Rahman.

Yes, R.D. Burman hailed from the then Cumilla (now Tripura) of Bangladesh. His father was also born and brought up in Cumilla. S.D. Burman had many beautiful memories centring Cumilla.
" Kuch Na Kaho" definitely an excellent tune, but I never understood why Pancham used "Jingle Bells" song antatara melody in its interval music.

I found the manner in which singers were called upon the stage to be inappropriate! Javed Akhtar should have been provided with the details of singers/songs by organizers. Orchestra played excellent role and their artists should have been introduced! Javed saheb's commentary informative and impressive! Very good program overall!

Some singers were really bad. I was surprised that Javed Saab spared them. Otherwise, he would come up with his sharp wit. :-)
When Sudhakar is around, all other singers should not even attempt Kishore Kumar songs...organisers please take care..i do shows with Sudhakar and i never sing Kishore songs when he is around...he is the baap....:)

Bhai sahi kaha, par yaha log comments kar rahe he sudhakar shanbag ki 90% voice Kishore Da se match hoti hai .. kya ab ek-do songs ga kar har koi Kishore Da ban jayega .. Pagal ho gaye hai sab Jo Kishore Da ko ab ussase compare kar rahe hai.. Kishore Da and Pancham Da ek hi the ek hi rahenge...

You are are right ! Halanki Kishor Kumar ka kahin kahin tone milta hai! Par Sur par thaharo aur pakad hone ki bahut zarurat hai..I'm talking about first that little bit fate boy with gogals I think he is Bengali ? His Kishore Kumar tone is good but he should more n more practice!!! Best of luck...
