He would have caught it very well .. For that league of players it was always NATION FIRST .. DRAVID, SRINATH KUMBLE SAURAV i can vouch have never focused on personal scores or wickets .. have batted at any number, bowled, kept wickets and did everything that was needed for the team .. Unlike some A class ones who would do all tantrums to bat always at a particular batting order sacrificing other younger batsmen’s wickets at times 🤷‍♀️ A truly expert world class batsmen should be able to play equally well or at least be ready to take the challenge of batting at any order, state of pitch or ball and weather conditions.. one cannot always get tailor made situations

Luckily, on this day, it was windy and TV was catching PTV signals... Watching Anil Kumble take 10 wickets will always remain a golden moment in the heart of every cricket lover... Even though i liked Ipl, i have stopped watching cricket since 2014. I don't know what is happening in cricket right now.

Anyone who is watching in 2019 November! ! What a glorious days of cricket ..a great childhood memories to adulthood ... I recommend this video must be shown in all the school for kids to see and know the hard work plays and sprit of the game is very important

Though shrinath bowled lots of wide but the last ball was inswinging delivery thank God batsman played it very well

I love Kumble. I'm an Australian legspinner. I bowled with Kumble in the nets in Adelaide in 1999. Lovely guy. One of my favorites of all time.

I have very dim memory of this match I was kid but I remember my elder sister and Uncle were shouting happily when he took 10th wicket..

This kind of gesture is rare to found these days

Srinath is a very good person..! I got to know it , when I met him in 2010 and had a quick chat for few mins. Legend for a reason..!

I saw this match back then and seeing it again takes me back to the 90's era of cricket !

Genuine happiness among team mates. No one trying to hog limelight. So much spirit in game. And Anil being so modest and cheerful even after achieving such a fete.

Kumble is the best indian bowler i have seen especially in terms of his attitude & persevearance... He had tremendous fighting spirit & never gave it up. Hats off to him. 👍👍👍

I saw this match and it was unbelievable. We were like fans of Kumble

Seems like Pakistani batsmen were also helping Kumble to get that 10th wicket. They could easily do hit wicket while Shrinath was bowling and that would’ve been it. But they all did it together. An unforgettable match. I watched all the match at my home except for this last inning which I watched live in 10 different shops while I was in a market. Memories 🙂

I still remember the headline of the newspaper. "Kumble emulates Jim Laker."
