I said proficient English is not necessary because they hire engineers who are good in technical and able to speak in English (It is okay if some is not fluent or having some grammar or structural mistakes) whereas while hiring HRs or consultants, they give the communication a priority. Thats it I wanted to say but few negative people don’t understand things
