ਮੋਦੀ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਖਰੀਦ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਹਦੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਸੰਸਦਾਂ ਖਰੀਦ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਚੱਲਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੋਦੀ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਖੇਲ ਖੇਲ ਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
