Jwill is the most positive chill and inspirational dude whenever he talks about basketball. Put him on a coaching staff and he’ll do wonders. Young players need that.

Hahahaha the Dwight Howard gonna tear it up comment almost made me wreck my car. Jeez good stuff
Man, this brought back memories! I played football at UF but went to the NFL before i graduated. After four years I came back to finish my degree( my NFL career was over). I was always a gym rat. Actually was a better basketball player than football. I was 6' foot in the 6 grade but never grew anymore until I was 21( I stopped playing organized basketball in 11th grade). Anyway, I was still naturally gifted at basketball and was always better than 95% of the people I've ever played against. I'm back at UF as a regular student( playing basketball in the rec center ( 7 days a week). I always guarded the toughest person on the other team. One day, I come in to play, and there were two UF basketball players on the opposite squad with J. Will( he had just transfered into UF). I guarded him and was mesmerized by his talent. Every time he was in the gym that semester, I guarded him. I learned so much from him. I haven't seen him since the days when he played with the Heat( cause I live in Miami). He was a good dude

That's a cool story reminds me when I met Andrew Toney at USL. I was a 1st semester freshman and I could jump pretty good. Tony was already in the gym when I got there and my little crew was all excited. I sat on the side line and I watched him like a hawk, when my team came up I guarded Toney and basically frustrated him, my team won and he/Toney sat down and did not move he just sat on the benches watching us win at least two maybe three more games. When he came up again I learned why he was a legend in Lafayette Louisiana. He would come across half court and pull up Boom and then he played Hard Defense. He got about seven of those long range bombs on us and then it was over. He went on to become the Boston Strangler for 76ers and I went on to have a very long military career. True story MSgt JRG USAF RET

The flagrant pod one is epic
I love how Mike Miller is so giddy every time Jay will tells a funny story he gets so excited and laughs and looks at haslem like he just introduced both of his best friends to each other and everyone's hitting it off. But I'd love to see Williams with his own show, also I'm not hearing much about his son anymore, did he end up going to a big school?
Damn... J Will 😂 "Whatever he does outside 7 to 9 o'clock on game day, ain't my problem. I don't know what's cracking in there." (with his accent made hilarious)

39:47 “nowadays everybody thinking twice if Dwight down there” did him dirty 😂
I love this. I played against Jason Kidd in H.S. and I love J Will said it. Jason Kidd was the same size in H.S. as a pro he seemed like a superhero when we played him. He grabbed a rebound over our biggest dudes it seemed like he only dribbled it 3 times and was already in his stride at the other end of the court rising up and dunking it for the first bucket of the game. It was ridiculous. Love this interview brings back memories.

This is not an interview. It's just 3 OGs having a barbershop chat! Soooo entertaining! JWill needs to be a regular of the show.
Jwill was the reason I started hooping in 2000. After watching him I was able to go look back at Gary Payton, Kidd, Stockton, etc and really learned the game. He’s the goat for how much he loved ball.
J Will and Shaq are two of the main reasons I became a Heat lifer. 🔥 Was already a fan of the team and D-Wade too, but 05-06 was when the 305 became my ride & die.
J one of the most humble guys and I appreciate how he gives everyone around him credit even down to the school He knew it wasn't for him but he knows someone could use it just to stay out of trouble or help if needed
