He wants his orange bike & he's not shy about telling me haha!

@@OurBMX it's genuinely pretty funny. I didn't want to be a Dad that forced my passion onto my kids ASAP but I absolutely wanted my boy to love bikes! He's been a bit iffy with the actual bikes themselves but after a while I just had them outside with us, they're there if he wants them. Start watching edits around him, let him do his thing whilst I watch some riding y'know? The Fast & Loose DVD's/Edits are what caught his eye. Jason's Orange Bike is the absolute winner in all this hahaha.

I know Bohan pretty well and I’ve had some hilarious times with him at contests and after parties… We had mad fun just riding but I would hand him beers as he was walking back up from jumps and got him drinking Bundy Rum… Bohan is such a rad dude

At the part where course evolving came up. The red bull skylines course looked like one of the funnest courses ever. And all the dew tour courses looked like endless options for any rider.

I'm stoked to hear Jason talk about his fitness regime and using his smartwatch to track his health metrics. I do the exact same thing and I'm in the best shape of my life right now from it. Shit works, for real.

Your energy system burn fat first gluscose second and oxidative phosphorylation third. some low intensity burns fat and when you begin to have to sorta try to breath it’s called ventilatory threshold 1 and you are using a equal mix of fat and glucose and when you go hard your body is remaking Adosine triphosphate through oxidative phosphorylation and you can only do that for a sustain about a time before you have to slow down to VT1 so to be said, mid to low intensity burns the most amount of fat and then glucose! Bmx seems to be going the same route motorcycles have. Funny enough growing up bmxing is how I got into motorcycles seriously. But in the old days, it was raging in a field. Then it got commercial. OCC, big dog chopper, all the dog and pony show cornball views and money stuff. Because it’s easy to market cliche marketing things. But now people are going back to just raging in a field and brands are catching on and supporting it, sponsoring it and instead of trying to make a buck. They’re making life long customers that share a life style. Not just “motorcycles” as a thing. The bmx community needs a swamp fest style reset. I also happen to be from central Florida. 😂 idk. Just my opinion.

FYI, paying for Spotify Premium doesn’t support the podcast. Outside of our time/energy, the podcast costs money to produce and we end up profiting very little overall from it in the end. Listening to an ad occasionally doesn’t seem like a big deal to me.

@Dan 44 they had a ton of stuff to ride this year so it spread everyone out I rode with my son all day Friday and Saturday. Most of the craziness is around the particular jams going on so if you really just like riding you can ride the other 10 different areas it really was allot better this year as far as riding

Made it all the way through the episode and like always great content. Lots of grom mistakes. For a couple of pro’s you definitely didn’t put you best foot forward. I am a fan of the show it just felt like you guys are more about getting it out and not making it good. All of my comments are constructive criticism. I think you know you guys have been doing this long enough to not go backwards in your production value especially when the guy running the show has been employed in this sort of thing for years. I think if I could’ve waited a few days and got a polished version of the show I would’ve held off just like you should’ve done before releasing this one. Not trying to be a troll but I have grown to expect a little more from you guys.

I appreciate the comment, but really this is more of a “shit happens” situation than anything larger. I was on a vacation with my family and didn’t get a chance to preview. Unfortunately Albert was a bit timid with hitting up the editor to fix the issues and here we are. One sloppy episode is not indicative of “going backwards.”
