廃工場で撮影されたシカゴオリジナルMVでの後半の部分を思いだしながら聴いて感じた事、別の曲かと錯覚する程に 新たな魅力に満ちている。英語の一つ一つが丁寧で気品高く感じる。コーラスハーモニーは別次元の円熟を感じる。ビートルズが60歳台まで現役だったらこんな味わいのコーラスだったのかも知れないとも感じる。音作りが丁寧で壮麗さすら感じてしまう。なんと素晴らしい事か❗

Unfortunately, their GREED has driven them to insanity. PoorJeff Coffey couldn't take it after only TWO YEARS!

Two unique vocalists. Always loved Bill's voice but these two together are over the top !!

After 35 years, Jason and Bill sang the song again. The Chicago version is good, but this arrangement in the voice of Jason and Bill now is also great. After all, the famous songs do not fade even after many years.

Bill's "Show me love" gives me shivers!

Jason's happiness in seeing Bill singing the harmonies with him Jay impressed to hear Bill singing "show me love" and thinking "WHAT A STRONG YOU" incredible!!!!! Jason still with the sweetness of his voice bill still being exciting

Same here. I have the album on compact disc. To me, it is nice to have tangible portable media to use in this age of streams.

My 2 favorite Chicago band members singing my favorite all time Chicago song! After seeing these 2 great performers more than 120 times in 35 years, I refuse to spend a single dollar on the current Karaoke lineup that tours today! So sad 😭

Jason is smooth as velvet! Still sounds amazing. Great collab!

After all these years, Jason still owns/sings this song very well. I grew up the Bill and Jason era so they're my Chicago. Despites so, there are just some songs you just know who own what, e.g. Jason: Will you still love me, Bill: Look away, You're not alone, Peter: Hard to say I'm sorry, You're my inspiration.

Very sweet indeed!

By a long shot, this is my favorite Chicago song. When I hear it, it takes me back to being an 8 year old in ‘86 and hearing it on the radio. The original is a music video I watch often. I followed Jason since he left Chicago and I really appreciate getting to hear a new version of this....I listened to it within hours of its release (like a year ago?). Awesome to see Bill involved too.

I was 14 when this was first released on all over radio. That really makes me feel old.

I love this version! I’m so happy to see Jason and Bill singing together again. And I never noticed how pretty Jason’s eyes were.

The vocal combination of Jason, Bill, DaWayne & Robert was the best Chicago ever had imho. Jason & Bill still sounding awesome. Both of their new recordings are very worthy.

I always say Chicago ruined Jason's voice. As time went on he would since lead on more and more songs live and Robert less and less. Then Jason got fired and his voice got a rest and healed. I agree, he sounds as good or better than ever.

@@arniedeblank9050 I agree with you on your statements except one. Jason Scheff was not fired from Chicago. He was with them for 31 years and left voluntarily due to family issues in 2016. His voice was not ruined, it has merely matured.

@@psrando Yes, the three of them together have a good remake and new album here. Jason Scheff sounds as good as ever and so does Bill Champlin as well. Jay DeMarcus helps keep it contemporary and close to the original.

Good to see these two guys performing together again...

There is a decidedly different vibe to this, without the warmth of Loughnane's Flugel lines. BUT I DIG hearing Jason be Jason. Very well done arrangement and Champlin back there, Singing his tail off as always. Excellent.

Wow! After all these yrs, they still can bring it. I was in the 9th grade when this was a hit and that was 30 something yrs ago. Jason and Bill, that was awesome!

I would like to thank KZread for bringing here. This version is beautiful for so many reasons. Not the least of which is that the guys look and sound like they’re loving both the singing and the song. Jason sounds absolutely great, and Bill is really bringing it and knocking things out of the park. Bravo!

Bill said that Jason's voice improved once he was out of Chicago and didn't have to sing the way they wanted him to. This is definitely a softer tone.

Yes, his entire album is very good, but this is the crown jewel of the new album.

One of the best Chicago songs ever updated for the new modern era.

30+ years ago my wife and I chose this amazing song for our wedding dance. It's been "our song" ever since. Such depth, optimism and love is carried throughout this complicated balled. Jason & Chicago, thank you for being the soundtrack of our life.

Somehow,Someway they made my favorite song of all time even better. This entire album is phenomenal but this is heaven to my ears

If Bill had of put his secondary voice ad libs into the original recording like he did in this version, the song would have been #1 for a year back when it debuted on the radio. I love how Jason kept it exactly like he did it in the original and how Bill has such an uncanny way of changing the background vocals to perfection! I love these guys and the memories of this song.

Congrats Jason and Bill, you did it again... Your song is ageless and immortal just like you....

I feel that this song is one of the highest quality in Chicago's history. When I heard that Peter Cetera would be leaving the band, I thought the direction and tone of the band would change, but I never expected that KEAN's vocalist ~Chef~ would reach this level. I still think it's the best I've ever heard, and it's one of the best in American rock. The chorus with Bill's bass is also great! 😊 from Japan's chicago freak.

Champlin and Scheff are great. Wish Chicago was back on the scene with Lamm and Cetera and the band.

OMG, my two favorite Chicago vocalists Bill and Jason in one room. Royalty! Love you guys soooo much.

From a long-life Chicago fan. I was too young to know that Peter wasn't Chicago. That said, and please excuse my French - but HOLY SHIT! As it was ALWAYS meant to be heard!!! Impeccable instrumentals! Jason's vocals - like that million-dollar fine wine! Bill... WOW - like that oak barrel that gave it the every over and undertone - that made it worth so much more and made it a true classic! The only thing missing is a grand theater, three pairs of Parasounds and Wilson Grand Slamms - or better yet - hearing everything live! Incredible!!!!!!! I'm a NEW FAN all over again! Thanks!
