Imagine walking from the fridge to the sink. I think all the super skinny island in the middle is really unnecessary. It only make access harder and if an island is not deep enough it just feels weird.

They can get their 10,000 steps a day just walking from the fridge to the sink to the stove. Fridge should have been placed elsewhere, maybe where all those excess drawers are. And she could have a little office space where the fridge is now.

That kitchen plan is a disaster - look where the refrigerator, stove and sink are ... with the islands acting like traffic barricades.

The kitchen is a nightmare. Way too big for that house and a horrible utilization of the space. The islands make the kitchen feel like a maze. The refrigerator is too far away. I would have put the stove on the wall where the refrigerator is and put tall pantry cabinets where the stove is.

I don't really like the kitchen. It's pretty but way, way too big in my opinion. There is no need for two island. It could be cut down to half and still have been a wonderful kitchen. Plus, where is her office? Before she was working in the kitchen and unless they put an office space in somewhere else, she is still working in the kitchen. They could have taken some of that surplus space and made a small niche office space for her so she would have her own dedicated work space. It just seems much more like a vanity project than a real workable space.

The fridge is so far away. The kitchen triangle the designers talk about, how is it gonna work? Beautiful house but still...

So I I'm cooking and I forgot to take one more thing out of the fridge (the rest I transported in a basket...).. I come back and the pan is burning....way way way to far awwwaaay

TIP: Make a PLAN! Finish one project before you knock another hole in a different wall.

LVT in a home is so tacky and that kitchen is not wide enough for an island. Those islands are only two feet deep and don’t have adequate clearance to get around each other when more than one person is working in the space.

Jasmine, can you help out Xyla Foxlin? A really innovative KZreadr, she's being kicked out of the shop she's been renting in L.A. This is like the 4th work space she's had since she started making videos. She's great at building stuff, but she needs real estate help so she can stay in one place and focus on content.

Jasmine doesnt deal with real estate. She renovates houses with budgets provided by the homeowners. What do you expect Jasmine to do? Give Xyla a free house and do all the renovations for free and pay for all her bills? That's not what Jasmine does lol.
