Wow great product. The crevice tool and mini motorised brush remind me of the hand held dyson we have at home. This seems like a great product, with powerful technology backing it. The only down side of this product for me is the colour. I’m not a big fan of having blue cleaning up products but everything else seems amazing

Thank you! The filter light will come on and then you wash the filter, let it dry before putting it back into the machine.

Thank you! The V18 and V16 are the same on the lower setting they quite. The V12 is a bit louder

Looks like a really good product. I have dyson v8, and it looks just as good.

Thank you I'm glad you liked it! It depends on how much you use the vacuum. On the back display a light will come on to let you know when you need to wash it, you don't have to replace it.

Hi. I just got mine and I have two questions. I would appreciate your time to answer them: 1. When I vacumn sometimes I get a red symbol that is next to the filter symbol. Do you know what it means? 2. I charged it last week and today I used it for 15-20 minutes and the battery went off. I thought it would last more... do you think that if I have it connected to the battery until I use it, the battery will last a little bit more? Thank you:)

Red symbol means something isn't right, try and check if everything is put together properly. The battery shouldn't be running out like that, even after a month it should still holding its charge. I've given this vacuum to my brother and he's happy with it.

@@GrumpyMansREVIEWS I read on Amazon reviews of the V16 battery, that it does work on the V18. So I just ordered a spare V16 battery (because the online market place I was purchasing from doesn't have the V18 battery in stock) to try on my V18. Will report back once it arrives.
