Jasbir Puar is Associate Professor of Women and Gender Studies at Rutgers University. She is the author of Terrorist Assemblages, which was published by Duke University Press in 2007, winner of the Cultural Studies Book Award from the Association of Asian American Studies. Professor Puar is the originator of the term "Homonationalism." She has contributed to The Guardian of London, Art India, and Bully Bloggers and co-edited special issues of Social Text and GLQ. She is on the advisory board of the Audre Lorde Project. Professor Puar has been award the Edward Said Chair of American Studies at the American University in Beirut for 2012-1013.

Thank you very much for the upload and all the labour that goes into administering your outstanding conferences. I would have loved for the section showing the stage to be bigger, so as to be able to see the wonderful speakers. Thanks none the less, though!

thank you - and yes definitely would have been better - this was from the livefeed we had little control over (besides being able to save and upload) but we have been trying to learn since than so hopefully our newer videos are of a better quality. We decided to upload some of our archives even though they may not be the best in terms of quality of recording to share what we have since many of these are not available anywhere else.

@@ChancechancechancechancechanceDon't perverse the word "intellectual". All the neologisms presented, are pointing to the schizophrenia plagued all the inventors. Human beings who are intellectually not able to do math, going the most simple humanitarian way such as philosophy.
