Bowen talks on the long and difficult journey to becoming a premier league winger. Went up to 6 months without having a club. How starting at Hereford helped him to become the player he is. The difficulty of getting the opportunity at clubs coming from Hertfordshire. Fans praising him highly when he’s sees them since his goal in the conference league final. I just think he will end up leaving us tbh. I am not holding my breath with Bowen. Would love to see him end he's career with us, But I can see him playing for Liverpool. Their 100% gonna come in for him, and tbh he will be better suited under Klopp than under David Moyes. I'm just keeping it real. Liverpool is gonna get big money for Salah If they offer us 70 million plus for Bowen our board will take it. I hope i am wrong.

    Bowen - absolute legend and a gentlemen and a scholar. so grounded and knows his roots and where he has come from. you dont get many players like him. thank you for your goal that won us the ucl cup, after many decades. it was meant for you to score the winning goal, it was written in the stars. no matter what direction your career takes, you will always be a legend at west ham for that goal, well done.

Ice in his veins he's one of the best finishers we've had at the club in many a year as well as a player who is a huge threat from out wide and always seems to choose the right option. Hope he retires with us and becomes even more a legend! ⚒

    Actually very close. Statistically Rice has been extremely close to Rodri season after season and that's playing for a far worse team. Rice is probably a better dribbler than Rodri. Rodri is a bit better at getting forward and scoring goals. Passing wise they are fairly even.

  • @MrOlympuse410

    @MrOlympuse410

    8 ай бұрын

    @@jordanharrison8454how dare you use statistics to call out his terrible opinion?! Here's a little excerpt from opta's 22/23 team of the season article: Rice is coveted by most of the Premier League's top clubs and it's easy to see why: the England midfielder's industrious work is backed up in the stats, winning possession more often than anyone else (334), making the most interceptions (63) and only eight players made more tackles (79) than he did across the campaign. Indeed, that possession won total is the most by a player in a season since 2017-18 (Abdoulaye Doucoure, 345) and the sixth-most in a season on record since 2003-04. Rice is also prolific in carrying the ball, ranking second for ball carries (702), ball carry distance (7,136m) and ball carry progress distance (3,827m) among midfielders, behind Rodri. Only three midfielders made more successful long passes than Rice (151). Rice also covered the third-most distance in the Premier League this season, a total of 412km, which is almost the distance of running 10 marathons. So yeah, he's pretty actually close to rodri, outperforming him in some areas (obvs man city didn't need to win the ball as much as West Ham)
