@@fbuquiron you can add things but this is what I picked up from it So wake up at 5am Do yoga and meditation Go to the courts and get some shots up Come back home to shower or skin care Study for a bit Performance training like activating and training the small muscles Study and relax throughout the rest of the day But remember to eat at the right times and eat the right stuff
