Tx for this video. It’s really good of you to go though the usage and set-up. Much appreciated!
Just put mine up a few days ago, this video has really helped me see everything I can do with it. Thank you. One thing I would add is that it was pretty easy for this 5'1" 61-year-old to unbox and put together on my own - definitely a plus!

The slightest breeze and this thing swings around. Tensioned the screws as hard as I could. God knows what would happen if there was a bit of wind. Considering returning mine as unsafe at even 15k/h wind.
Hi, Just got my Harrier 3mtr Garden Unmbrella and erected it fairly easily. However, with just a slight breeze the umbrella seems to move around rather more than I would have firstly anticipated (I would have thought it would have had a 'Fixed' connection?). To me, it seems as if the whole umbrella is hanging by the white cord that I can see at the top of the umbrella going through the winding frame, is this correct, or have I not installed it correctly? (Surely if this cord is the sole support for the umbrella, allowing it to move freely, just a cord for support makes me think it will not last a great deal of time before it breaks with the constant movement and weight of the brolly, from a slight breeze - or am I over - thinking this thing??). Being a user of this brolly for some time, would love to hear your answer to my queries above - Thanks, Colin
I’m having a great problem pulling up the sleeve to open it up. Yours looks very easy to move.

There a knack to it but it should slide easily.

They should have put two holes in the inner pole that the locking screws lock into which would have resolved this problem. Have you taken yours back?

@@maccagrabme that’s what I said to customers service but no there is no holes to lock the bolts into I’m waiting for a email from the technician to solve the problem but to be honest I will send it back
Is the 3m the measurement of the canopy or is it from end of canopy to end of pole (so it would be longer than 3m)

Hi I've just measured it an its actually 290cm from the corner to corner of the canopy. The pole is only a few cm away from the canopy so its actually just under 3m.
But does the pole go up for so it tilt forward more, so like and over hanging position.

Not sure what you mean but you can life the parasol up more so its at an angle rather than hanging right over.
Is this the Jarder Libra or Jarder Milan? It says on the website the Milan is the parasol that rotates but I didn’t see you use a footpedal to move it.

Hi, its the Jarder Libra, it rotates but you have two screw handles you turn anti-clockwise to rotate the parasol then you tighten them up to fix it into position.
My parasol will not go up and opened up the back checked the mechanism and the washer have come off would appreciate any help on how to repair 😒

Forget the pole which he shows it will be dear choose how much it costs, it cannot be cheaper than a simple Thin Garden Bamboo Cane about 3 ft tall (buy them from any Garden Centre or DIY) - We've all got to watch the pennies these days - hope this gave you another cheaper idea???
Good review mate, is it waterproof?

Hi, It's never leaked but I wouldn't say it designed to be waterproof, more water resistant for light showers.
Swings a lot in the breeze. Any way to stop that

I just tightest the two bolts up on the stand and don't have any issues, must admit sometimes it that tight it a little difficult to loosen again when i come to move it.
It’s $45 now at Aldi!
Parasol isn't 350gsm its 180 gsm. 350gsm is the cover...
Terrible in the wind!! No good for me!!
