Thanks for the clarification. Did the prophet recite surah Sajdah before sleeping in the night with surah mulk, isra & zumar?

Significance of reciting certain Surahs from authentic hadith : 1. Fatiha: Best Surah In Qur’an . Shifa 2. Baqarah: shaitan runs away where it’s recited 3. Ayah Al Kursi: Best Ayah. Recite morning/ evening after each Salat 4. Last 2 Ayah before bedtime suffice for the night 5. Surah Baqarah and Al Imran: will come as cloud/birds in DOJ 6. Last 10 ayahs of Surah Al Imran when waking for Tahajjud 7.Surah Bani Israel, Surah Sajda and Surah Zummar before sleeping 8.Surah Kahf: Reciting every Jummah will give light and Noor and Guidance for the week 9. First 10 Ayah of Surah Kahf: memorizing it is protection from Dajjal 10. Surah Fattah : First 2 ayahs dearer then the whole world 11. Surah Mulk at night: protection from the punishment of grave 12. ﴿٢﴾ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ 2  Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. ﴿٢﴾ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ 2  Allah. There is no god but He-the Living, the Eternal. ﴿٤﴾ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ 4  To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. And He is the Sublime, the Magnificent. ﴿١١﴾ فَاطِرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَمِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ أَزْوَاجًا ۖ يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيهِ ۚ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ ۖ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ 11  The Originator of the heavens and the earth. He made for you mates from among yourselves, and pairs of animals, through which He multiplies you. There is nothing like Him. He is the Hearing, the Seeing. ﴿٢٠﴾ قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَدْعُو رَبِّي وَلَا أُشْرِكُ بِهِ أَحَدًا 20  Say, “I pray only to my Lord, and I never associate anyone with Him.” ﴿٢١﴾ قُلْ إِنِّي لَا أَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا رَشَدًا 21  Say, “It is not in my power to harm you, nor to bring you to right conduct.” ﴿٢٢﴾ قُلْ إِنِّي لَنْ يُجِيرَنِي مِنَ اللَّهِ أَحَدٌ وَلَنْ أَجِدَ مِنْ دُونِهِ مُلْتَحَدًا 22  Say, “None will protect me from Allah; and I will find no refuge, except in Him. ﴿٢٣﴾ إِلَّا بَلَاغًا مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرِسَالَاتِهِ ۚ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَإِنَّ لَهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا 23  Except for a proclamation from Allah and His messages. Whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger-for him is the Fire of Hell, remaining in it forever.” ﴿١٥٨﴾ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ جَمِيعًا الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ ۖ فَآمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ النَّبِيِّ الْأُمِّيِّ الَّذِي يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَكَلِمَاتِهِ وَاتَّبِعُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ 158  Say, “O people, I am Allah’s Messenger to you all-He to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. There is no god except He. He gives life, and He causes death.” So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the Gentile Prophet, who believes in Allah and His Words. And follow him, so that you may be guided. ﴿٤٩﴾ نَبِّئْ عِبَادِي أَنِّي أَنَا الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ 49  Inform My worshipers that I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. ﴿٥٠﴾ وَأَنَّ عَذَابِي هُوَ الْعَذَابُ الْأَلِيمُ 50  And that My punishment is the painful punishment. ﴿٩٠﴾ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَيْسِرُ وَالْأَنْصَابُ وَالْأَزْلَامُ رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ 90  O you who believe! Intoxicants, gambling, idolatry, and fortune-telling are abominations of Satan’s doing. So avoid them, so you may succeed. ﴿٩١﴾ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُوقِعَ بَيْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاءَ فِي الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ وَيَصُدَّكُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَعَنِ الصَّلَاةِ ۖ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُنْتَهُونَ 91  Satan only desires to provoke enmity and hatred among you through intoxicants and gambling, and to deter you from the remembrance of Allah, and from prayer. Will you not give them up? ﴿٩٢﴾ وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَاحْذَرُوا ۚ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ 92  Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and be careful. If you turn away: know that Our Messenger’s duty is clear communication. ﴿٧٤﴾ إِنَّهُ مَنْ يَأْتِ رَبَّهُ مُجْرِمًا فَإِنَّ لَهُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ 74  Whoever comes to his Lord guilty, for him is Hell, where he neither dies nor lives. ﴿٧٥﴾ وَمَنْ يَأْتِهِ مُؤْمِنًا قَدْ عَمِلَ الصَّالِحَاتِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمُ الدَّرَجَاتُ الْعُلَىٰ 75  But whoever comes to Him as a believer, having worked righteousness, theirs will be the highest ranks. ﴿٧٦﴾ جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَاءُ مَنْ تَزَكَّىٰ 76  The Gardens of Eden, under which rivers flow, where they will stay forever. That is the reward for whoever purifies himself. ﴿٦٨﴾ وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ وَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا يَزْنُونَ ۚ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ يَلْقَ أَثَامًا 68  And those who do not implore besides Allah any other god, and do not kill the soul which Allah has made sacred-except in the pursuit of justice-and do not commit adultery. Whoever does that will face penalties. ﴿٦٩﴾ يُضَاعَفْ لَهُ الْعَذَابُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَيَخْلُدْ فِيهِ مُهَانًا 69  The punishment will be multiplied for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will remain in it forever, humiliated. ﴿٧٠﴾ إِلَّا مَنْ تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا فَأُولَٰئِكَ يُبَدِّلُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ حَسَنَاتٍ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا 70  Except for those who repent, and believe, and perform righteous deeds. These-Allah will replace their bad deeds with good deeds. Allah is ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. ﴿٧١﴾ وَمَنْ تَابَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَإِنَّهُ يَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ مَتَابًا 71  Whoever repents and acts righteously-has returned to Allah in repentance. ﴿٨٠﴾ وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مَا سَبَقَكُمْ بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ 80  And Lot, when he said to his people, “Do you commit lewdness no people anywhere have ever committed before you?” ﴿٨١﴾ إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِنْ دُونِ النِّسَاءِ ۚ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُسْرِفُونَ 81  “You lust after men rather than women. You are excessive people.” ﴿٨٢﴾ وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ 82  But his people's only response was to say, “Expel them from your town; they are purist people.” ﴿٨٣﴾ فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ 83  So We saved him and his family, except for his wife; she was among those who lagged behind. ﴿٨٤﴾ وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَرًا ۖ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ 84  And We rained down on them a rain. So note the consequences for the guilty. ﴿٢٢٢﴾ وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ ۖ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ ۖ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَطْهُرْنَ ۖ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ 222  And they ask you about menstruation: say, “It is harmful, so stay away from women during menstruation. And do not approach them until they have become pure. Once they have become pure, approach them in the manner Allah has directed you.” Allah loves the repentant, and He loves those who keep clean.” Please send it to all Muslims

You are excessive people.” ﴿٨٢﴾ وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ 82  But his people's only response was to say, “Expel them from your town; they are purist people.” ﴿٨٣﴾ فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ 83  So We saved him and his family, except for his wife; she was among those who lagged behind. ﴿٨٤﴾ وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَرًا ۖ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ 84  And We rained down on them a rain. So note the consequences for the guilty. ﴿٢٢٢﴾ وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ ۖ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ ۖ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَطْهُرْنَ ۖ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ 222  And they ask you about menstruation: say, “It is harmful, so stay away from women during menstruation. And do not approach them until they have become pure. Once they have become pure, approach them in the manner Allah has directed you.” Allah loves the repentant, and He loves those who keep clean.” Please send it to all Muslims

﴿٢﴾ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ 2  Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. ﴿٢﴾ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ 2  Allah. There is no god but He-the Living, the Eternal. ﴿٤﴾ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ 4  To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. And He is the Sublime, the Magnificent. ﴿١١﴾ فَاطِرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَمِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ أَزْوَاجًا ۖ يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيهِ ۚ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ ۖ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ 11  The Originator of the heavens and the earth. He made for you mates from among yourselves, and pairs of animals, through which He multiplies you. There is nothing like Him. He is the Hearing, the Seeing. ﴿٢٠﴾ قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَدْعُو رَبِّي وَلَا أُشْرِكُ بِهِ أَحَدًا 20  Say, “I pray only to my Lord, and I never associate anyone with Him.” ﴿٢١﴾ قُلْ إِنِّي لَا أَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا رَشَدًا 21  Say, “It is not in my power to harm you, nor to bring you to right conduct.” ﴿٢٢﴾ قُلْ إِنِّي لَنْ يُجِيرَنِي مِنَ اللَّهِ أَحَدٌ وَلَنْ أَجِدَ مِنْ دُونِهِ مُلْتَحَدًا 22  Say, “None will protect me from Allah; and I will find no refuge, except in Him. ﴿٢٣﴾ إِلَّا بَلَاغًا مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرِسَالَاتِهِ ۚ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَإِنَّ لَهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا 23  Except for a proclamation from Allah and His messages. Whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger-for him is the Fire of Hell, remaining in it forever.” ﴿١٥٨﴾ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ جَمِيعًا الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ ۖ فَآمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ النَّبِيِّ الْأُمِّيِّ الَّذِي يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَكَلِمَاتِهِ وَاتَّبِعُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ 158  Say, “O people, I am Allah’s Messenger to you all-He to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. There is no god except He. He gives life, and He causes death.” So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the Gentile Prophet, who believes in Allah and His Words. And follow him, so that you may be guided. ﴿٤٩﴾ نَبِّئْ عِبَادِي أَنِّي أَنَا الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ 49  Inform My worshipers that I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. ﴿٥٠﴾ وَأَنَّ عَذَابِي هُوَ الْعَذَابُ الْأَلِيمُ 50  And that My punishment is the painful punishment. ﴿٩٠﴾ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَيْسِرُ وَالْأَنْصَابُ وَالْأَزْلَامُ رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ 90  O you who believe! Intoxicants, gambling, idolatry, and fortune-telling are abominations of Satan’s doing. So avoid them, so you may succeed. ﴿٩١﴾ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُوقِعَ بَيْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاءَ فِي الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ وَيَصُدَّكُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَعَنِ الصَّلَاةِ ۖ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُنْتَهُونَ 91  Satan only desires to provoke enmity and hatred among you through intoxicants and gambling, and to deter you from the remembrance of Allah, and from prayer. Will you not give them up? ﴿٩٢﴾ وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَاحْذَرُوا ۚ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ 92  Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and be careful. If you turn away: know that Our Messenger’s duty is clear communication. ﴿٧٤﴾ إِنَّهُ مَنْ يَأْتِ رَبَّهُ مُجْرِمًا فَإِنَّ لَهُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ 74  Whoever comes to his Lord guilty, for him is Hell, where he neither dies nor lives. ﴿٧٥﴾ وَمَنْ يَأْتِهِ مُؤْمِنًا قَدْ عَمِلَ الصَّالِحَاتِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمُ الدَّرَجَاتُ الْعُلَىٰ 75  But whoever comes to Him as a believer, having worked righteousness, theirs will be the highest ranks. ﴿٧٦﴾ جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَاءُ مَنْ تَزَكَّىٰ 76  The Gardens of Eden, under which rivers flow, where they will stay forever. That is the reward for whoever purifies himself. ﴿٦٨﴾ وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ وَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا يَزْنُونَ ۚ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ يَلْقَ أَثَامًا 68  And those who do not implore besides Allah any other god, and do not kill the soul which Allah has made sacred-except in the pursuit of justice-and do not commit adultery. Whoever does that will face penalties. ﴿٦٩﴾ يُضَاعَفْ لَهُ الْعَذَابُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَيَخْلُدْ فِيهِ مُهَانًا 69  The punishment will be multiplied for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will remain in it forever, humiliated. ﴿٧٠﴾ إِلَّا مَنْ تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا فَأُولَٰئِكَ يُبَدِّلُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ حَسَنَاتٍ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا 70  Except for those who repent, and believe, and perform righteous deeds. These-Allah will replace their bad deeds with good deeds. Allah is ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. ﴿٧١﴾ وَمَنْ تَابَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَإِنَّهُ يَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ مَتَابًا 71  Whoever repents and acts righteously-has returned to Allah in repentance. ﴿٨٠﴾ وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مَا سَبَقَكُمْ بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ 80  And Lot, when he said to his people, “Do you commit lewdness no people anywhere have ever committed before you?” ﴿٨١﴾ إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِنْ دُونِ النِّسَاءِ ۚ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُسْرِفُونَ 81  “You lust after men rather than women. I have been suffering from extreme fear and panic when facing people for over twenty years. Like speaking in front of people or leading prayers or even reciting the call to prayer. I have tried everything but without any success. Is there any advice or proven treatment? Has anyone been in a similar situation and found healing? I have become isolated and have no friends because of this fear, panic, and increased nervousness and anger. So far, there seems to be no solution. May Allah help us all.
