He was fascinated by the culinary culture of Paris, and moved to France. After working as a chef at Rose Bakery and Nanashi, she has now opened a small diner, Petit Querail, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. ▼Who is Kahori Endo?
Kahori Endo has lived in Paris since 1995. After working as a chef at Rose Bakery and Nanashi, he opened his own restaurant, Le Petit Keller, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris in 2016. He was instrumental in establishing the word and culture of "bento" in France.
