Hi! I will answer the question. 1. Like my company, ceramics are basically fired twice. In some cases, it may be fired three times. 2. Painting is ceramic color only. 3. That is just air. Blow away unnecessary powder with an air compressor.I hope that studying ceramics will be successful.

Can anyone tell me if this is the style of one individual Potter, or is it a group of Potters working towards one Style? I know that the name tobeyaki stands for a certain type of pottery but I was wondering if this is one individual interpretation of that? Is there any way to contact this pottery? Any way to purchase some of their Wares if you are out of country?

The first question is the latter. "Tobeyaki" is one of about 30 representative ceramic production areas in Japan. Tobeyaki is an area that produces porcelain and has about 100 workshops. “Umenose” is the name of the workshop, and there are several ceramic artists. The pottery workshop is called “Kamamoto” in Japanese, and the style and scale differ. Umenose tableware cannot be bought overseas, but the official online shop is currently being renewed and shipping to overseas is also planned. After renewal, we will announce on KZread video.
