I ❤ the Food Stalls N your video is 💯. I will commend him on the physical challenges of it but He lacks in "Cleaning" his equipment properly. Liked n Subscribed ❤

All the assembly is about several hours, then start preparing the ingredients and meat, then after closing, start again to pack all back again!!

The Yatai vendors are licensed by the municipal government. The vendors pay rent for their designated spots and are subject to health inspections. As part of those regulations, the stalls are required to be assembled and disassembled each day. This regulatory structure functions as protections for the small business owners and the local Yatai culture. It prevents large operators from displacing the small businesses.

Does Tokyo and Kyoto have these food stalls? We were there last month on vacation for 2 weeks but we did not see street food stalls.😢

In general, Yatai stalls are dying out, and are increasingly rare in Tokyo and Kyoto. The largest remaining concentration of Yatai is located in Fukuoka, where this video footage was filmed.

보통 이런식이면 근처 편의점내 화장실. 하지만 여긴 하카타니까 근처에 대형 쇼핑몰, 지하상가 공용 화장실이 많죠

Is there a separate gas pipeline here? Is there a meter to get the bill? In India, street food vendors have a gas cylinder tank. Love it .❤🇯🇵🇮🇳❤️

シートで囲んでいるので、屋台の中は冬は結構暖かいです。夏は暑いです。
