The hook has Naruto ('Narou to'), which connects to the 2nd verse (Tornado and Super Cell, both of which are extreme weather conditions), and because Naruto translates as 'Maelstrom' (which can also mean a powerful whirlpool or state of violent turmoil). Tornado = Wind Super Cell = Wind and Rain (Water) Maelstrom (Naruto) = Water
