Ingredients 材料 :
350g Japanese purple sweet potato (日本紫薯,蒸熟趁热压成泥)
1/2 tbsp salt (盐)
1/2 tsp pepper (胡椒粉)
1 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
200g tapioca starch (木薯粉)
Some hot water (适量热水)

可以用低温烘干,大约60°C左右或用food dehydrator
