Aikido is an extremely advanced "soft" style of martial arts which takes a great deal of time to learn. Highly effective. The book "Angry White Pyjamas" is a terrific story of a young martial artist who goes to Japan for two years to study aikido including training with the Tokyo police force, Recommended.

It’s Judo, that is a Kata from Judo, they have their name on their back for competition.
