レモンタルトが凄く美味しそうです。イタリアンメレンゲは、以前に私も作りましたが、時間が経ってからメレンゲから水分が出たのがショックで、それから作っていませんでした。こちらのレモンタルトの、艶があり粘土のある、まるでホイップクリームのようなメレンゲを見て、私の作りたい欲が復活しました。成功したなら、大きくて丸い、レモンカスタードパイを作ってみたいです。これからの季節、レモン風味のお菓子は最適だと思います。 お菓子作りは意欲がとても大切だと実感しました。ありがとうございました☆✨✨

卵についての書き込みを見かけましたが（今は消されてますが…）、黄身は82度まで加熱、メレンゲはイタリアンメレンゲ（シロップ温度120度）で加熱されてますので問題ないかと思います😊
