it's true. I first discovered it when I was ok, now I'm really having a hard time, trying to deal with anxiety and face difficulties. I'm not going to give up, and this kind of music helps to calm down and take a deep breath. and especially the comment section here. knowing that there are people all over the world that also either struggle or just come here to relax. Also, in case you didn't know, you can actually select more speeds by clicking on playback speed, then click *custom*. There will be a bar for you to drag and adjust the speed more specifically, for example, you can put 0.9x speed, or 1.6x speed. It will be easier to get the desired outcome this way. 💖
